History

Between 1982 and 1992, Tom served as consultant, vice president, president, and principal of Ingersoll Williams and Associates. In 1993, he merged his company with Noel-Levitz, becoming a principal and serving as president and CEO from 1997 to 2003. Since 2003, Tom has tapped into his national network of clients and professional contacts in enrollment management to develop an executive search service specializing in enrollment managers and to provide customized strategic planning and enrollment management consulting services. 

Tom frequently speaks and presents at national conferences and on college campuses on a variety of topics, including The Characteristics of Effective Enrollment Managers. He is a certified financial planner and holds an MBA from the University of South Dakota. He and his wife of 38 years, Kay, reside in Tucson, Arizona from October through May and in Marble, Colorado from June through September.
