Williams & Company, LLC (“Williams & Company”, “we” or “our”) understands that you are concerned about privacy, so we’ve provided this privacy statement (the “Privacy Statement”) to disclose how we collect, use, share, and store your information. This Privacy Statement applies to all websites that we own or operate, including “williamscompany.net”.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Personally Identifiable Information

As appropriate, Williams & Company may collect personally identifiable information from you when you voluntarily provide it to us, including, for example, when you register as a candidate, submit a resume, respond to employment opportunities, or communicate with us via email, social media, postal mail or phone. This information may include your name, address, telephone number, email address, resume, information about your current employment (potentially including your current salary, if you provide it), information about your professional accomplishments, information about your career objectives, and any other information you choose to provide to us. We may also collect personal information about you from third parties, including, for example, when a reference you identify provides information about you, or from other sources such as public or private databases and social media platforms. We may also collect information about you such as your use of our website and communication preferences. To the extent we are able to do so, we may link non-personally identifiable information relating to you with your personally identifiable information. We may also link information collected online with information we collect offline or that is collected online by third parties. We collect this information in order to identify potential candidates for employment opportunities, to improve the delivery of our services, and to improve the relevance of the information we provide on our website.

Non-personally Identifiable Information

We do not collect personally identifiable information from your computer when you browse this website and request pages from the servers. Unless you voluntarily and knowingly provide us with personally identifiable information, we will not know your name, your email address, or any other personally identifiable information simply from your browsing activity. We do, however, collect automatically certain non-personally identifiable information. William & Company’s website uses Google Analytics (and in the future may use other similar sites or services), a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. We may disclose your personal information, without your consent, to: (1) enforce our Terms of Use or other policies; (2) protect and defend the rights or property of Williams & Company, our website, customers, or others; (3) comply with a court order or other legal process or other legal requirements of any governmental authorities; (4) governmental authorities, in the sole discretion of Williams & Company, in exceptional circumstances, such as a national emergency, security concern, or other situation in which Williams & Company deems such disclosure prudent; (5) a person who in the reasonable judgment of Williams & Company is seeking the information on your behalf; or (6) a third party or parties, where disclosure is required or permitted by law. In the case of social media platforms, the privacy settings you have chosen for those individual social media platforms will affect whether and what personal information of yours is made public. Williams & Company has no responsibility or liability for these independent policies or actions. DO NOT TRACK

EMAILS AND OPT-OUT

It is our intention to send you only email communications that will be useful to you and that you want to receive. These communications will relate to Williams & Company’s services. We use a third-party email service provider to send emails. This service provider is prohibited from using your email address for any purpose other than to send Williams & Company related email. When you receive an email, you will be provided the choice to opt-out of future emails by following the instructions provided in the email.

SECURITY OF INFORMATION

Williams & Company utilizes commercially reasonable safeguards to maintain the security and privacy of personal information that you provide to us. Nonetheless, Williams & Company cannot guarantee the security of any data transmitted over the Internet. Once your information reaches Williams & Company, we use systems designed to block reasonably foreseeable intrusions by unauthorized third parties. Information collected on the sites covered by this Privacy Statement is generally processed and stored in the United States.

CHILDREN’S INFORMATION

Williams & Company does not knowingly or intentionally collect any personally identifiable information from, or market to, individuals under the age of 18. If Williams & Company learns that, despite these measures, a child under the age of 13 has submitted personally identifiable information to Williams & Company through the website, we will take reasonable measures to delete such information from our records and to not use such information for any purpose (except where necessary to protect the safety of the child or others as required by law).
